Ir. Ts. Hisham Yahaya, P.Eng, P.Tech, GPM-RCA
Ir. Ts. Hisham Yahaya, P.Eng, P.Tech, GPM-RCA, was a graduate from University of Bridgeport, Connecticut, USA in mechanical engineering in 1985. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia and a registered Professional Technologist with the Malaysia Board of Technologist. He is also a certified Green Project Manager (GPM-b™) and a registered GPM360O Assessor with GPM Global-USA.
He had 5-years of work experiences in the power generation industries, with LLN (now known as TNB) and 11-years of work experiences in the Oil & Gas industries, with Shell Refining Company. Over the last 19-years, he was a consultant, a trainer and a contractor in the Oil, Gas and Energy (OGE) industries. Ir. Ts. Hisham Yahaya was also involved in TalentCorp program to upskill young engineers to be placed into Oil & Gas industries. He had trained more than 50 engineers in this program; to close their competencies gaps to meet the market demand. He is also involved in the industries to develop new Malaysian Standard (MS), the universities to review the mechanical engineering programs and the MOHR, Department of Skills Development (DSD) to develop National Occupational Skills Standards (NOSS). He is currently a certified facilitator for NOSS-DECSUM development as well as an assessor for NOSS certification program.
Qamalyia Hisham
Qamalyia Hisham, was a graduate from University of Newcastle, Newcastle, NSW, Australia in Economics & Finance in 2013.
She has spent the first year after graduation as a tax consultant with Price-Waterhouse Cooper (PWC); specializing in international assignment services. She is currently a certified facilitator for NOSS-DESCUM development.
